To start, let's prepare the filling. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin circles, and chop the nuts coarsely. In principle, any nuts are suitable for this dish, so use what you like best. Light and fragrant walnuts or peanuts with a richer taste – any will be combined with bananas. Mix the prepared ingredients with honey. Spread this mixture evenly on two slices of bread so that there is a little space left to the edges of the slices. Cover the top with the remaining pieces of bread. As a result, you will get two sandwiches.
Put the frying pan on medium heat and while it is heating, prepare the egg mixture. To do this, beat the eggs into a deep bowl and beat with milk. Next, we should soak our sandwiches in the egg mixture so that the bread gets soaked a little. Melt a piece of butter in a preheated frying pan. Each sandwich should be fried on both sides until golden brown. It will take you no more than 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished sandwiches with powdered sugar. Serve on the table with light yogurt or whipped cream. Bon appetit!
