Preheat the oven to 200C degrees.The chicken fillet is washed and cut lengthwise into 4 steaks. The resulting steaks are beaten off with kitchen hammers, salt and pepper. Then, squeeze the garlic through the garlic press and rub it on both sides. We put the steaks in the mold.
Step 3:
Carrots are cleaned and grated on a medium grater. Finely chop the onion. Pepper is cut into small rectangles.Cherry tomatoes are cut into quarters.
Step 4:
Cut the squash into thin strips.
Step 5:
Grate cheese.
Step 6:
Mix all the chopped ingredients. Add string beans to them. I used frozen, washed it under cold water before adding it. Add a little salt to the vegetables, mix well and spread on the chicken fillet.
Step 7:
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and add a little water along the edge.
Step 8:
Put in a preheated oven to 200C degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until ready.
