Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a Carmen salad with chicken and ham crackers? Cut all the ingredients into the same block.
Step 2:
Fry the raw chicken fillet until tender, you can add a pinch of chicken seasoning. I cooked with seasoning, gives a beautiful golden color. At the end of frying, add salt.
Step 3:
Fry the ham in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
Step 4:
Put rye-wheat bread on a baking sheet, add salt and pour a small amount of vegetable oil, no more than a teaspoon. Put it in the oven preheated to 250 degrees, dry it until a light blush.
Step 5:
For dressing: mix mayonnaise, adjika and garlic (finely chopped).
Step 6:
Lay everything on a flat plate in layers. I put the fried fillet first, then half of the tomatoes (tomatoes remain fresh) so that the chicken is soaked in juice, the next layer is fried ham, brush everything with dressing, then put the rest of the tomatoes.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs before serving.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .
