First you need to take the apples, peel them and remove the core. Cut the apples into thick slices, add lemon juice, water and sugar. Put all this in a saucepan and simmer until the apples are soft. Then, together with sugar and butter, beat the egg yolk until foam forms, add well-ground cottage cheese. Add salt to all this and mix thoroughly. After that, add the whipped protein there. Then put the dough in a greased form with butter, bending it at the edges and making them high. We spread a layer of cottage cheese filling evenly on the dough, and apple filling on top. From the remaining dough, we sculpt flagella and decorate the top of the pie with them. Then we put it in the oven and bake an apple pie with cottage cheese until ready. Bon appetit!
