Cooking method
To all lovers of sweet and sour homemade food, I suggest cooking a plum pie. Wonderful taste, simple cooking recipe - you will not regret it!
So, sift the flour, mix with baking powder, add egg, sugar, 1 bag of vanilla, 125 grams of finely chopped butter (or melted on low heat) and knead the dough. We send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
Beat the remaining butter with sugar, eggs, add flour and a second bag of vanilla. Knead well. Cut the plums in half, removing the bones. Cut each half lengthwise to the middle. We take the mold, lubricate it with oil. We spread the bottom of the mold with the dough and make a side about 3 centimeters high. We spread the filling on top and level it. We stick the plums into the filling so that the incised part is on top. We put the mold in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
It is necessary to cool the finished cake in the form, because because of the plums it will be very juicy and may fall apart (I kept it in the form for 2 hours, this was quite enough). Sprinkle almond crumbs on top of the pie.
Bon appetit!
