We install the ham in the bowl of the slow cooker on the side, fill it with water so that it covers it, put the bowl in the slow cooker and install the program "SOUP" for 1 hour 30 minutes. After the end of the program, we take out the ham, cool it, disassemble it and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours in a package.
