Irga is a shrub whose fruits resemble black currants.
Fruits have medicinal properties and help with inflammatory diseases (for example, throat or gums).
Tincture of irga has a tonic effect that has a beneficial effect on the heart. In addition, it helps to reduce blood pressure.
Irgi fruits are rich in vitamins C and B2, as well as fructose, pectins and sugars.
The recipe for making tincture of irga is quite simple.
We fill the prepared container with irgi fruits approximately 75% of its total volume.
Then fill the container with vodka up to the neck and stand in a darkened place for a day.
After the time has elapsed, the liquid is filtered. Half of the fresh fruits of irgi are placed in the container and filled with filtered liquid.
The resulting mixture is infused for another two days.
The finished tincture is bottled.
