Rice for this delicious salad needs to be boiled in advance.
Now prepare the dressing:
1. To do this, mix lemon juice (or lime) with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and honey.
2. Pass the garlic through the press, cut into small pieces a fresh hot pepper or rub dried in a mortar and add it to the resulting mixture.
