First we soak the rice noodles and mushrooms in warm water for half an hour. When all this swells, we cut the dapsha into pieces, 6 centimeters long and clean the mushrooms. We cut thin schnitzels from pork. We clean and cut the shrimp into small pieces. Fry pork with garlic in a large frying pan with high walls until brown. Then add the shrimp and mushrooms to the same place, and fry all together for one minute. Then pour the broth and bring to a boil. Put rice and egg noodles in the boiling sauce.Reduce the heat, and cook, stirring slightly, until the noodles are ready.
Serve on the table in a large dish, garnished with lemon slices. Sprinkle the noodles with chopped green onions and dill on top. Separately, you can serve a salad of fresh tomatoes and pickled cucumbers.
