Cooking method
1. Peel the garlic, chop it finely or squeeze it through a press.
2. In a small bowl, mix: honey, grainy and Dijon mustard.
3. Pour vinegar into a bowl, put crushed garlic, whisk.
4. Without stopping whipping, pour olive oil.
5. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Unusual salad dressing is ready!
