Cooking method
- Chop the bell pepper into small pieces and cut the chicken fillet into strips. Mix everything together with the pepper and cottage cheese. Add the herbs and soy sauce and mix again. Wrap the cheese in cheesecloth, then lower it into boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Put the softened cheese on a board lightly dusted with flour and roll it out. Spread the filling over the cheese sheet and roll it into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Shape balls from the boiled potatoes and pin them together with toothpicks. Use cloves for the buttons and eyes, and a bit of carrot for the nose. Make a bucket (hat) from a piece of cucumber. Form the arms from parsley stems. Slice the roll, make little sleds from the pepper, and set a snowman in the middle of each. The cheese appetizer is ready! Enjoy!
