Pollock fries up fast and comes out soft and juicy. Battered pollock goes beautifully with boiled new potatoes, buckwheat, or barley. Cooked this way the fish is really tasty and, best of all, boneless.

Gather all the ingredients.

Thaw the pollock fillets and cut them into large pieces.

Crack the egg into a deep bowl and add the salt and black pepper. Beat the egg and seasonings together with a whisk.
