Beef Braised in Red Wine

This main course makes for an elegant dinner. Serve it with just about any side — grains, or braised vegetables. The key is starting with good meat.

Cooking method

    Rinse the beef, pat it dry, and cut it into small pieces.

    Brown the meat in vegetable oil in a skillet until golden. Season with salt near the end.
