Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients you will need to cook turkey with mushrooms.
Step 2:
Turkey fillet cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 3:
Mushrooms (I have frozen, and then thawed) cut into halves, or into four parts (depends on the size of the mushrooms).
Step 4:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 5:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with onions until soft.
Step 6:
In another frying pan, also heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the turkey fillet until golden brown.
Step 7:
Next, add mushrooms and onions to the fried turkey, pour in 1 cup of water, add sour cream (I have 20% fat content) and salt. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 8:
While the dish is stewing, cut the garlic cloves into large pieces.
Step 9:
After 20 minutes of stewing, add the chopped garlic and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 10:
After 5 minutes, the stove can be turned off. Turkey with mushrooms is ready.
Step 11:
Can be served to the table as an independent dish or with a side dish. It goes well with herbs, vegetables and rice.
