Turkey fillet with mushrooms

Fast and homemade delicious and satisfying dish! In general, any mushrooms are suitable for the recipe. If you like a thick sauce, then you can add a little flour at the end of cooking. Additionally, you can add any spices. Red turkey fillet was used in the preparation of the recipe. If you take white, then the cooking time can be reduced, since white meat is more tender.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with onions until soft.

    In another frying pan, also heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the turkey fillet until golden brown.

    Next, add mushrooms and onions to the fried turkey, pour in 1 cup of water, add sour cream (I have 20% fat content) and salt. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.

    While the dish is stewing, cut the garlic cloves into large pieces.

    After 20 minutes of stewing, add the chopped garlic and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
