Sandwiches with sprats festive

Themed sandwiches specially for March 8 - delicious and bright! Delicious and original sandwiches are an excellent combination of fresh pepper with sprats. Not too useful for the figure, but once a year, I think you can treat yourself to a similar snack :)))

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Fry the bread in vegetable oil on both sides, put it on a paper towel in order to remove excess oil.
2. Rub the bread slices with garlic.
3. Smear the bread with mayonnaise.
4. Put the sprats - these will be the legs.
5. From Bulgarian pepper of two colors, you need to cut skirts and boots. Put them on the sandwiches.
6. Garnish with parsley.
