Step-by-step cooking
Baby food is an important part of cooking. And difficult, because not every meal can be given to children under three years old. Therefore, all recipes for children are written on the basis of healthy hypoallergenic products. Carrots are just such a product. But all children love variety, you can't always eat carrot puree alone. Carrot cutlets are very tender and delicious. Your child may like them.
Carrots need to be washed very well with a washcloth. Then clean it. Grate on a fine grater, and dry a little, removing excess juice. Add lightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly. Then we pour the flour in parts and mix it very well too. We got an orange mass, similar to dough. If we want to make not sweet cutlets, then, if desired, we can add finely chopped greens and even half a clove of crushed garlic. Although, after all, I advise you to first check whether your child tolerates herbs and garlic well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form cutlets and put them in a frying pan. Fry on medium heat for three minutes on each side.
Serve on the table with sour cream.
