Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The main thing is that all the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Cocoa powder should be natural, without any additives.
Step 2:
Sift cocoa powder into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt to balance the taste and vanilla, mix the dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Pour 150 ml of milk into a metal bowl, leave the rest of the milk in a glass. We put the dishes on the stove. Turn on the medium fire.
Step 4:
Add wheat flour to the glass with the remaining milk, mix thoroughly, breaking all the lumps of flour.
Step 5:
When the milk is well heated, but does not begin to boil yet, pour the dry mixture with cocoa into the milk, immediately mix well, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, stirring, until the liquid becomes homogeneous in consistency.
Step 6:
Pour the flour mixture into a bowl with cocoa, and stirring with a spoon, continue to cook the cream on low heat until the cream becomes homogeneous and slightly thickens. Then add the softened butter to the bowl with the cream, mix again and keep the cream on the fire for a few more minutes. Turn off the fire. We let the cream cool down and put it in cremans to serve as a dessert or use it for decorating cakes and other pastries. Enjoy your meal!
