Step 1:
How to make chicken pieces? Prepare the products. Take any chicken parts. Rinse them in running water and dry them. Then cut into small pieces, about the same size. Put all the pieces in a spacious bowl.
Step 2:
Add spices to the bowl to the chicken - salt, curry and paprika. You can use any other seasonings and spices to your liking. At this stage, you can add garlic if desired.
Step 3:
Add mayonnaise to the chicken bowl. You can use any mayonnaise. It is necessary for the finished dish to be tender and juicy. Give preference to homemade mayonnaise, because you know exactly what it is made of.
Step 4:
Mix all the pieces thoroughly with spices and mayonnaise. Each piece of chicken should be evenly covered with marinade. In this form, leave the chicken to stand and marinate for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 5:
Prepare the mold before baking. Lubricate its bottom and sides with vegetable oil. Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs. This is necessary so that the chicken does not stick to the bottom.
Step 6:
Then put all the chicken pieces into the baking dish. Put it to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for about 1 hour. After 40-50 minutes, try to pierce the pieces with a sharp knife. If the juice is not pink, then the chicken is ready. But if in doubt, you can hold it for another 10-20 minutes. Focus on the features of your oven!
Step 7:
Take the finished chicken out of the oven, cool it a little and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!

Despite all the tenderness and juiciness of the finished dish, it cannot be classified as dietary. If you follow the figure and try to consume fewer calories, then when cooking chicken according to this recipe, I recommend replacing mayonnaise with sour cream.
Spices give a piquant taste to the finished dish. Therefore, for a brighter taste when marinating, you can add ground pepper and garlic passed through a garlic press.
This chicken is suitable as an independent snack or as an addition to a side dish, for example, from mashed potatoes.
