Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake chicken thighs in mayonnaise with garlic in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse the chicken thighs in running water and dry them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture from them.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and garlic and rinse. Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Finely chop the onion. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion and garlic. Add a little salt and spices to taste. As a spice, I use a little ground pepper and paprika.
Step 3:
Put the prepared chicken thighs in a bowl and coat them well on all sides with mayonnaise sauce. If there is time, then let the chicken stand, marinate for 1-2 hours. If not, then you can immediately put it to bake.
Step 4:
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant baking dish. It can be ceramic, glass or metal. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and put the prepared chicken into it along with all the sauce and onions. Spread the sauce evenly over the entire surface of the chicken. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 5:
During baking, the chicken thighs will brown and become an appetizing golden color. Remove the mold from the oven and serve the thighs to the table hot. You can put them on the table in the form in which they were baked. And you can put it on plates and add any side dish.
Step 6:
Bon appetit!
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
