Cooking method
To start, prepare the marinade. We will do it this way: squeeze garlic, add vegetable oil, basil, ground black pepper, paprika and salt to it. Mix well.
Wash the chicken, wet it with a towel and coat it with marinade on all sides. We put the pickled chicken in the refrigerator for three hours.
When the required time has passed, remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put the chicken in it. Preheat the oven, bake the chicken at 180 degrees for an hour and a half, until a beautiful golden crust forms.
Before serving, decorate the finished dish by cutting half a lemon into four parts or just circles.
