    Dilute the yeast in warm milk, let it activate, cover with cling film.

    Pour the activated yeast into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and beat the egg.

    Add the melted butter (at room temperature) and begin to introduce the sifted flour in parts and mix.

    Knead the dough and form a ball. We cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

    The dough will increase in volume by 2 times, after which it will need to be left at room temperature to warm up a little.

    Now we roll out a circle of 0.6 centimeters thick from the dough, step back from the edge.

    We spread salmon strips sliced 2.5 centimeters thick in a circle. We cover it with dough and seal it well to get such a roller.
