Step 1:
How to make samsa from puff pastry with meat? Prepare the products. Remove the dough from the freezer in advance. It should defrost a little, but not completely. Put the blanks on a greased baking sheet with butter or vegetable oil seam down, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9:
Bake the samsa in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The exact time will depend on the characteristics of your oven. During this time, the samsa should be browned. Serve them to the table hot while the juice from the meat has not yet been fed into the dough. Bon appetit!
