Cooking method
1. Hold the butter on the table until soft or slightly soften in the microwave. The oil needs to be soft, but not liquid.
2. Mix butter and 50 g of sugar.
3. Add the sifted flour in portions and knead a smooth dough (so that it is well molded). Flour may take a little more or a little less.
4. Roll out a sausage with a diameter of about 3 cm from the dough. Roll it in the remaining sugar, cut into slices 0.7-1 cm thick. Put the cookies on a baking sheet (preferably with parchment, although the cookies are greasy and do not stick, and the parchment was removed, thrown away, and the baking sheet is almost clean).
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool it down a little - and for tea or with milk!..
