Cooking method

1. The first step is to knead the dough, for this we dilute the yeast in warm milk, add sugar, mix and leave in a warm place until a foam cap is formed.

2. Pour the pre-melted butter into a bowl, break the eggs, add a pinch of salt, mix everything well and combine with the yeast mixture.

3. In the resulting mass, sift the flour, knead the soft dough. Leave in a warm place for an hour.

4. We put sour cream in a bowl, pour sugar, add pre-melted butter, sift flour, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps. The cream should be homogeneous with an absolutely smooth consistency.

5. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into small identical pieces, form a ball from each piece, then a flatbread. We spread the tortillas on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment, dip the bottom of the glass in flour and use it to make depressions in each tortilla.

6. Fill the tortillas with sour cream filling, lubricate the edges with softened butter, send the buns to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes.

You can't try it right away, it's better to wait until the baking cools down.
