Cooking method
Homemade cakes create comfort in the kitchen. Having gathered at the same table over a cup of tea, relatives become even closer! The basis of any pie is dough, the type and taste of the finished dish depends on its quality. The products from which the dough is kneaded should be fresh and of high quality, preference is given to homemade milk and cream.
1. While we are preparing the dough, turn on the oven, let it warm up to 180 degrees.
2. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
3. In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder, add ground cinnamon, mix.
4. In a separate bowl, pour vegetable oil, cream and milk, add vanilla extract and rum, pour sugar, whisk until fluffy.
5. In the resulting mass, we pour dry ingredients in parts, each time we beat with a mixer at low speed.
6. Apples are washed, dried with paper towels, peel, cut out the core with seeds. Cut the prepared apples into slices.
7. We spread the dough into the previously prepared form, spread the apples on top of the dough, press lightly with our hand to immerse the apples in the dough.
8. We send the mold to the oven, bake the pie for 40 - 45 minutes. We check for readiness with a wooden toothpick, we pierce the pie with it in the center, if the toothpick is dry, the pie is ready.
We cool the delicacy in the form, then we extract it and serve it on the table. It is very tasty with tea or coffee, and children like to eat apple pie with milk.
