Step-by-step cooking
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies and butter. Transfer the mixture to the bottom of the baking dish.
Bake the cake at 175 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool it down.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, vanilla sugar, stir.
Add eggs, beat on slow speed.
Add the melted chocolate, mix.
Add nuts and cherries.
Pour the mixture onto the cake and bake for 50-55 minutes at 175 degrees.
Let cool, then put the cheesecake in the refrigerator.
Icing: melt the chocolate in the microwave, add the butter, stir, cool and pour the cooled cheesecake.
