First, heat the milk in a saucepan to 35-40 degrees, but no more. We'll throw yeast into the milk and shake them well. Then add the egg, salt and flour. Again, mix everything thoroughly and, covered with a lid, let it ripen for several hours. From time to time, the dough needs to be checked and slightly kneaded.
When the dough rises, put it on a flat surface and divide it into pieces weighing about 200 to 250 grams. Each of the pieces will be rolled into a thin cake. The thickness of each should be approximately 5-7 mm. And in diameter, such a cake should turn out to be somewhere 20-25 cm. The main thing is that such a flatbread is placed in a frying pan or a baking dish.
So, put the tortilla in the oven and bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Tokoch is ready, you can treat guests.
