Step-by-step cooking
If you think that cooking from yeast dough will chain you to the kitchen stove for a long time, then you are mistaken! There are simple ways to please your family with delicious pastries and leave time for communication with loved ones. So, we are preparing my favorite culinary recipe - pies with apple and banana. We make the dough simply: put warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg in a container at once, mix, then add butter. 400 grams of flour are immediately kneaded into the dough, we look: if the dough sticks to the hands, then we add more, then, as they say, we don't have to do it once. The dough began to lag behind the hands? That's it, we don't knead anymore. Now put the dough in a bowl and put it in a warm place, wrapped in a couple of towels. And let's finally do the stuffing. In our filling, the main thing is bananas. They will give the finished pies a very delicate and unusual taste. But let's start with the lemon. It needs to be scalded with boiling water and left for about ten minutes. During this time, we will just have time to cut a couple of apples and a couple of bananas into cubes. Then we grind the lemon together with the peel (you can in a blender, you can on a grater), do not forget to remove the bones. Mix the fruits, sprinkling with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. The filling is ready!
We make pies in a lot of ways: classic shapes, triangles, can be elongated, in the shape of a banana. Spread on a baking sheet, tolerate for another 15 minutes, allowing the dough to settle. Meanwhile, our oven is already heating up to the required 200 degrees. We grease the pies with egg yolk, put them in the oven for half an hour and – voila! – you can drink tea with delicious pies. I have no doubt that such food will bring joy and warmth to your home!
