Cooking method
1. Wash the bream, gut it, cut off the head, wash it well again under running water.
2. Lightly dry the carcass with paper towels.
3. Salt the fish on both sides, pack it in foil.
4. Place the package in a baking dish (you can also place it on a baking sheet), send it to the oven.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for one hour.
Serve immediately!
