Step 6:
We take the jars in which we will put the cauliflower. We put currant or cherry leaves on the bottom. On them we put a horseradish leaf, parsley-dill and a few cloves of garlic. For sharpness, put a pod or two of hot pepper. Of course, it is necessary to put black pepper peas and bay leaf. A few more nails for the fragrance.

Step 9:
After 3-5 minutes, pour this boiling water and pour hot marinade into the vegetables, which we do as follows. Boil a liter of water in a saucepan or saucepan, add two tablespoons of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. Pour half a teaspoon of vinegar into the marinade in a jar. That's it, you can roll up the jar. Turn it over and put it to cool.
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
I learned about how to marinate cauliflower for the winter in cans from my aunt last year. She is a real expert in terms of conservation. Especially she loves all sorts of improvisations, as in this case. Personally, I had not even heard of such a recipe before, which, by the way, immediately caught on in our family. Every time we open a jar of this yummy, we remember it with a kind word! A very tasty snack dish for an ordinary family meal. It can be served with second courses, which are suitable for different pickles: meat, fish, mushrooms, as well as all kinds of side dishes: rice, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, porridge, etc. I recommend cooking!
