Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a curd dessert without baking and without gelatin? Prepare the products. Take any cookie: shortbread, puff pastry, cottage cheese. It will be interesting if it is of different varieties. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content, keep in mind only that the calorie content of the dish will change from this. Choose natural, high-quality, delicious cottage cheese, without vegetable additives.
Step 2:
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar, beat them well with a blender. If you don't have a blender, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve — the dessert will turn out more tender. Instead of sour cream, you can take yogurt, and replace the cottage cheese with cottage cheese mass. Try to use all dairy products of the highest quality, especially if the dessert will be eaten by children. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
Step 3:
Break the cookies into small pieces. It's easy and simple to do this with a rolling pin, putting cookies in a bag. The size of the crumbs can be any — large ones will make the dessert crispy, small crumbs — tender. You can also crumble cookies in a blender or just break them with your hands. Put layers in glasses: cream of cottage cheese, crumbled cookies.
Step 4:
Layer of berries. I have cranberries, but you can take any berries to your liking. Pre-wash fresh berries, defrost frozen ones. If the berries are sour, then increase the amount of sugar. Alternatively, you can use jam or jam, or mash fresh berries with sugar just before making dessert.
Step 5:
Then again a layer of cookies and a layer of cream. See the number of layers by the size of the glass. I got two layers, you can make three or make do with one.
Step 6:
Decorate the top to taste with grated chocolate, berries, sweets, marmalade. You can put the dessert in the refrigerator for a while so that it cools down.
Step 7:
Cottage cheese dessert without baking and without gelatin is ready, serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.
