Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I'm sharing with you a recipe in which I want to tell you how to make a salad of raw carrots with nuts. To begin with, let's take the products on the list.
Step 2:
Clean and grate fresh carrots on a fine or coarse grater (as you prefer), then mix it with a spoonful of olive oil. If you do not have olive oil at hand, and you really want to make a salad, then replace it with vegetable oil.
Step 3:
You can also chop carrots with a blender. To do this, pre-cut it into large pieces, put it in the bowl of a blender and scroll at low speed to the desired consistency of carrots. It turns out carrot chips. Next, we extract it and mix it with olive (or vegetable) oil, as already mentioned in the step above.
Step 4:
We peel walnuts from the shell, extract the kernels and chop them with a knife. You can also use almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts. Fry the chopped nuts in a frying pan without oil over medium heat while stirring - let them dry a little.
Step 5:
Put the carrots in the salad bowl.
Step 6:
Add chopped nuts to the carrot, pour in the honey heated in a water bath and still hot and stir everything thoroughly. Let the finished salad brew a little, mix it again and serve it to the table.
A very delicious, simple to impossible culinary recipe for sweet salad, ideal for dieters. This food belongs to the usual, daily menu, it is good to start a working day with it. In addition, a salad of raw carrots is very good for the eyes. Just remember that carrots in the human body are digested only when eaten together with something fatty. The role of "fat" in this case is played by vegetable oil, mayonnaise, sour cream. This salad originally did not include oil, but since there is very little benefit from carrots without oil, it is better to add a teaspoon of olive oil or any vegetable oil to our dish. I think it is not necessary to specify that this dish is suitable for baby food.
