Step 1:
How to cook ginger with lemon and honey? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Ginger should be firm, with a pronounced aroma. Take the largest roots so that it is convenient to clean them. Take natural honey, of good quality. It's good if you personally know who you take honey from. So it's more likely that it's real. Lemons should be dense, with a good whole peel of yellow color.
Step 2:
Peel the ginger root and cut into large pieces. Put the peeled ginger in a chopping bowl.
Step 3:
Wash the lemon and cut it into slices so that it is possible to extract the bones from it. You do not need to remove the zest. It contains a large amount of useful substances and they must be used competently.
Step 4:
Place the sliced lemons to the ginger.
Step 5:
Grind ginger and lemon into a homogeneous mass. If you don't have a chopper, you can skip everything through a meat grinder.
Step 6:
Add the prepared honey to the prepared ginger-lemon mixture. Even if the honey is candied, there is nothing to worry about. It can be warmed up a little in the microwave.
Step 7:
Mix all the ingredients well together into a homogeneous mass.
Step 8:
Transfer the mixture to a jar, cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator. A day later, the mixture will be ready for use.
Step 9:
This mixture can be added to tea or simply diluted with water. At the same time, you can add a couple of mint leaves to the tea. For preventive purposes for immunity, use the mixture every morning for 1 tablespoon. This will protect you from colds, viruses and energize you.
Step 10:
Ginger has a tonic property, so it is not recommended to drink it in the evening. Have a nice therapeutic treat!

But at the same time it is necessary to reduce the amount of carbohydrates to a minimum.
