In a royal way - it sounds colorful. Try to cook and appreciate the taste! Pike liver is very, very tasty! Unknowingly, many throw it away when cooking fish. And they deprive themselves of a lot at the same time. Personally, I use pike liver as an amazing snack. At the same time, it is prepared quite simply.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 6 h

You will need a small saucepan for cooking. We fill it with water and heat it on the fire. When the water boils, put the prepared pike liver, bay leaf, salt, a mixture of peppers and peas in a container and cover with a lid. It is necessary to cook the liver for a quarter of an hour.

While the liver is cooking, cut onions into half rings, apples into thin slices. When the liver is ready, we take it out and give it the opportunity to cool down. The cooled pike liver is cut into small pieces and combined with apples and onions. Mix the ingredients.

It will be very tasty if you add a drop of vinegar and nutmeg. Then we fill it all with olive oil and add salt to taste. Now our dish will need to stand a little in the cold. Cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for five hours. After this time, you can finally enjoy the pike liver in a royal way.

Bon appetit!
