Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Sift wheat flour and powdered sugar and stir.
Step 3:
Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Stir constantly.
Step 4:
Pour all the hot chocolate into the flour at once.
Step 5:
Knead with a silicone spatula until smooth.
Step 6:
Form a sausage from the dough and wrap it in parchment paper or plastic wrap. You can give the sausage a round, triangular, rectangular shape, depending on what kind of cookies you want to get. Put it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes so that the dough only freezes slightly, but does not become hard.
Step 7:
Turn on the oven to warm up to 170 degrees. Sprinkle a few drops of water on a baking sheet and spread out parchment paper. Unwrap the dough and cut it with a sharp knife into cookies 1 cm wide. Put the cookies on parchment paper at a distance from each other and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes. Thus, the cookie will soften slightly and will not crack when you insert M&M&039;s candies into it.
Step 8:
Spread out on M&M&039;s cookies and press in a little. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. Always be guided by your oven. Allow to cool. The traffic light cookie is ready. Bon appetit!
