Cooking method
We lower the washed tomatoes into steep boiling water for a few minutes. Finely chop the onion head and garlic cloves. Garlic can be passed through a press. Then heat up the olive oil in a saucepan and throw garlic and onion in there. Lightly brown the vegetables. Peel the tomatoes, cut them and send them to a saucepan. We wash the greens, cut off all the stalks, tie them and put them in a saucepan, cook, thus, for 10 minutes on medium heat. Then we throw out a bunch of petioles. Cut the remaining greens and pour them into the soup, adding spices. We continue to cook for another 5 minutes, after which we grind with a blender. Add the chopped tomatoes to the warm broth, salt to taste and bring to a boil.Tomato soup recipe in the form of mashed potatoes is executed, served with garlic croutons. Bon appetit!
