Pepper, garlic, red hot pepper 2 pcs, twist in a meat grinder. Stir, add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil, mix everything well again. Cut the greens. Put layers in a 3-liter jar: tomatoes, then a mixture of vegetables, herbs. Close the jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator upside down on the neck, after 4 hours turn it over to the usual position.
