Cooking method
This food is preferred in Southeast Asia. They like everything spicy there. The recipe for this salad also includes a lot of pepper and mustard.
First boil the rice. This can be done according to the Chinese method, or you can do it the way you are used to. And put the finished rice in a large bowl.
Finely chop the crab meat, tomatoes, after peeling them from the skin, cut the onion into cubes.Finely chop the celery. We put all this in rice, add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Pour vinegar, vegetable oil into the jar, put hot chili sauce, mustard, crushed garlic and dry basil. Close the jar tightly with a lid, and shake it until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
With this sauce we pour a mixture of rice and crabs. Pour carefully, making sure that the entire surface is covered with sauce. Then we send it to the refrigerator for two hours.
We put the finished salad in a porcelain or glass salad bowl. We level the surface and decorate it with salted or pickled cucumbers, narzean circles. You can also put a sprig of dill.
This salad can also be used as a side dish for fried fish.
