Step 1:
How to make a cake from cookies and condensed milk without baking? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Buy unsalted Fish cracker. Sour cream take 20-30% fat content.
Step 2:
In a container, combine sour cream and condensed milk. Stir until smooth. Sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream or mascarpone cheese. If desired, add vanilla sugar (about 1 tbsp. l.) or vanilla (on the tip of a knife). Be sure to read the instructions before use. If you add more vanilla than you need, the taste of the cake will be bitter.
Step 3:
Finely chop walnuts with a knife or chop in a blender, add to the cream. Mix it up. Nuts will be more fragrant and tastier if they are slightly dried in a dry frying pan. Instead of walnuts, you can take any other nuts, for example, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts.
Step 4:
Add the cracker to the cream and mix until smooth.
Step 5:
Take a round cake pan (18-20 cm in diameter) and cover it with a film so that the sour cream mass does not flow out. You can also use an enameled bowl, silicone, plastic mold. Lay out the resulting mass. Smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.
Step 6:
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. During this time, it will be well soaked and will be even tastier.
Step 7:
The next day, release the cake from the film and quickly but carefully turn it over onto a flat dish.
Step 8:
Prepare the chocolate and butter for the glaze. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften.
Step 9:
Break the chocolate bar into small pieces, put it in a saucepan. Add the softened butter and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 10:
Pour the cooled chocolate icing over the cake. Level it up.
Step 11:
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the icing sets. Before serving, decorate the cake with chopped nuts or almond petals, fresh mint leaves.
Condensed milk can already be bought boiled or cooked by yourself. To do this, immerse a jar of condensed milk in a pot of boiling water. It is important that the water completely covers the jar, otherwise the condensed milk may explode. Cook for about 3 hours on low heat. Carefully remove the jar, cool at room temperature.
You can decorate the cake with jam, slices of fruit.
Together with a cracker, you can add dried berries (cherries, raspberries) or pieces of chocolate to the cake.
