Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Chicken liver is thoroughly washed, cut off the films and fat, dried. Cut the liver into pieces.
Step 2:
Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a medium grater.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat it up. Spread the cooked vegetables on the oil, fry them in oil for 5-7 minutes, until the carrots are soft.
Step 5:
Remove the vegetable frying from the pan.
Step 6:
Then pour a little vegetable oil into this pan and send the cooked liver. Fry it on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until a light blush, stirring occasionally so that the product is fried evenly on all sides.
Step 7:
We return carrots and onions to the liver in the frying pan. Fry them together for another 7 minutes. Add spices to taste: salt and ground black pepper. If desired, you can add some more seasoning: cardamom, curry, paprika and others to taste.
Step 8:
We dilute sour cream in a separate container with water and pour the mixture into a frying pan with liver and vegetables. Stir, bring to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 5-7 minutes. The dish is ready. The liver in sour cream sauce turns out to be very juicy, tender and delicious, such a dish is suitable for almost any side dish, especially pasta, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice. Enjoy your meal!
