Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We will prepare simple products for the salad. Onion, dill and parsley to your taste. I recommend olive oil, although you can use vegetable oil to taste. Apple vinegar is very suitable for this salad, if there is none, feel free to use table vinegar. Rinse and dry the greens.
Step 2:
Chop the cabbage finely. You can use a shredder or a knife - there is no difference.
Step 3:
Cut the green onion feathers into small rings.
Step 4:
Finely chop the parsley as well.
Step 5:
Chop the dill.
Step 6:
Add finely chopped greens to a bowl with chopped cabbage.
Step 7:
Mix our salad.
Step 8:
Preparing the salad dressing. In a container, mix salt and pepper.
Step 9:
Add olive oil or vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar. Mix everything well - let the dressing stand for a few minutes and soak in each other's aromas and tastes.
Step 10:
Pour the salad dressing and mix. We serve a fresh crispy salad to the table as an appetizer or as a side dish to meat dishes.
Step 11:
If desired, you can add a fresh cucumber to the salad, but this will be a different dish) Cabbage salad is the most delicious spring dish for me. Cook for health!
Step 12:
Bon appetit!
This salad is suitable as an appetizer, and with a piece of black bread it will be just fabulous. Well, if you serve it to a barbecue - all the guests will be delighted!
Fresh onion, dill and parsley make its aroma bright and fresh. If you like unrefined vegetable oil, you can prepare a dressing based on it, the aroma will be piquant. To taste, you can add a fresh cucumber or tomato to the salad - but it will be a completely different salad.
Fresh salad of young cabbage with oil and vinegar is a classic! Cook for health!
