Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. From chicken eggs, we need only yolks to prepare dessert, the whites can be used to prepare other dishes. Using a blender or mixer, we rub the yolks into a thick foam.
Step 2:
Put the egg mixture on a slow fire. Pour milk into the mixture in a thin trickle (the fat content of milk can be taken at your discretion). Heat the mixture with constant stirring for 10 minutes, but do not let it boil. Turn off the fire.
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, whisk sour cream with vanilla and sugar. I used sour cream with 30% fat content. The amount of sugar can be changed to taste. Instead of sour cream, you can use natural yogurt or cottage cheese, depending on taste preferences and the desired calorie content of the dessert.
Step 4:
In the third bowl, soak the gelatin, gelatin must be prepared according to the instructions indicated on the package. I had ordinary crystalline gelatin, after swelling it should be dissolved in a water bath or over low heat, you can do it in a microwave oven, the main thing is to prevent the jelly mixture from boiling so that the gelatin does not lose its gelling properties.
Step 5:
If necessary, filter the jelly mixture through a strainer and let it cool down a little. Combine the jelly mixture with the milk-egg mixture, mix. Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
Step 6:
Add sour cream to the jelly-milk mixture and mix thoroughly again or punch with a blender. Do not pour hot jelly mixture into sour cream, otherwise sour cream may curdle.
Step 7:
The prepared cream preparation is laid out on the cremans and sent to the refrigerator to solidify, a couple of hours is enough. We take the dessert out of the refrigerator, you can sprinkle it with grated milk or bitter chocolate or crushed nuts on top. Coffee syrup is also suitable for such a dessert. Of course, such a delicacy turns out to be quite high in calories, but it is tasty, nutritious and useful. Bon appetit!
