Step 1:
The dough in this pie is replaced by a sweet crumb of flour, sugar and butter, and the filling is prepared, as for a cottage cheese casserole, from cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, with the addition of semolina.
Step 2:
To bake a pie, take a mold with detachable edges and lubricate it with butter.
Step 3:
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.
Step 4:
Cottage cheese with eggs and sugar is thoroughly ground with a blender to get a homogeneous curd mass.
Step 5:
Now we prepare the crumbs – pour the flour into a container, mix it with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then rub 200 grams of cooled butter into the flour mixture on a coarse grater and grind everything together until a sweet crumb forms.
Step 6:
Half of the sweet crumbs are poured into a split baking dish in an even layer so that the bottom is completely closed.
Step 7:
Put the curd mass on the crumb in the mold, level the surface.
Step 8:
Pour the remaining crumbs onto the curd mass, level the surface again.
Step 9:
Cut the remaining butter into pieces and lay them out on the surface of the crumbs.
Step 10:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the filled form in it for 40 minutes.
Step 11:
We take the finished cake with cottage cheese out of the oven and remove the sides from the mold.
Step 12:
We carefully transfer the pie to a flat dish, separating it with a spatula from the bottom of the mold.
Step 13:
When serving, cut the cottage cheese pie into portions.
