Cooking method
1. In a bowl, sift the flour together with baking powder, add a pinch of salt.
2. Pour milk into a saucepan, pour vanilla sugar and add butter, send to the fire, bring to a boil but do not boil.
3. Break the eggs into a separate container, pour sugar and beat with a mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes.
4. Combine the egg mass with the milk, beat with a mixer.
5. Pour the prepared dry mixture into the resulting mass, mix with a whisk. The dough turns out smooth, homogeneous, like sour cream.
6. The baking dish is greased with butter, lightly powdered with flour, pour the dough into it, send it to the oven preheated to 175 degrees, bake for 60 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
