Cooking method
1. While the dough is defrosting, prepare the filling:
- wash the apples, peel, remove the seeds, cut into thin slices;
- pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat, then add butter and sugar;
- simmer on fire until the sugar crystals melt, then put the apples in a sweet butter mixture, keep on fire until the liquid is completely evaporated;
- pour dry wine, also let it evaporate, sprinkle apples with cinnamon, cool.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, spread the filling on it, level it. We roll the dough into a roll, bending the edges.
3. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet lined with parchment, lubricate with egg yolk, send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar, cool it, then transfer it to a dish.
Cut into portions and serve on the table.
