Cooking method
1. Break the chicken egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Beat with an electric mixer into a fluffy foam.
2. Gradually pour sugar into the protein mass (in parts), beat up stable peaks.
3. Pour kefir into a separate bowl, pour baking soda, mix. The mixture will sizzle a little - this is how the reaction takes place.
4. When the reaction passes, pour cocoa powder into kefir, sift wheat flour in parts. We mix it every time. Cocoa should also be pre-sifted.
5. And now we introduce the beaten egg mass into the dough, mix gently.
6. Grease the heat-resistant mold with a small piece of butter. Pour the dough into the prepared form.
7. We send it to the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then we remove the pie from the mold, let it cool on the grill.
8. While the pie is cooling down, we will prepare a cream for it. Put the softened butter in a bowl. Here we pour sugar. Rub with a fork until smooth.
9. In the resulting mass we spread sour cream, beat with a mixer at low speed. The color of the cream largely depends on the butter. If it is white, it will be white, if it is yellow, it will have a slightly yellowish tint.
10. The cooled cake is cut into three parts, respectively, it gets three cakes. We smear them with cream, including the top layer.
11. Rub the chocolate on a grater, sprinkle it on the surface of the pie. We send the pie to the refrigerator, let it soak. For impregnation, it needs to be given 2-3 hours.
