Step-by-step cooking
So let's cook a charlotte with sour cream.
Melt margarine and mix it with eggs, sour cream and flour. Add a glass of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and add soda. Mix again and get the finished dough.
Next, peel the apples, cut them and remove the cores along with the seeds. Now cut them into slices.
Take a baking dish, smear it with margarine and put slices of apples on its bottom. Sprinkle the apples with sugar, which should still remain, and add cinnamon. Fill the mold with dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and put the charlotte into it.
The baking time should be about 30-40 minutes. From time to time, you need to check the readiness of the charlotte.
When the dish is baked, it can be served immediately on the table. You can use it with tea, and with compote, and with milk, and in general it is a universal sweet dish.
