Mix all the loose ingredients in a bowl. Instead of sea salt, you can take ordinary. Add eggs, melted butter. Instead of butter, you can take margarine. Pour a drop of milk or water (30-40 ml) into the same place. Knead the dough with your hands in a bowl. It will turn out sticky. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes. Add candied fruits. Candied fruits can be replaced with raisins or some nuts. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180-200 degrees. I bake on a baking sheet lined with paper, greasing it with oil.
The finished cookies have an incomparable smell, and ginger and cardamom give it a special taste.
