There is one rule - prepare such a drink immediately before use. And cooking it is very simple:
1. Pour cinnamon into the kefir.
2. Grate the fresh ginger root on a very fine grater.
3. Add a pinch of red hot ground pepper.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
Kefir with spices can be drunk either 15-20 minutes before a meal or after eating.
