Spring nettle salad with egg

Step 1:
Prepare our greens, rinse well.
Step 2:
The nettle should be well washed and poured with boiling water for 2 minutes, washed again with cold water. Squeeze and cut like any greens.
Step 3:
Hard-boiled eggs and finely chopped.
Step 4:
Cut green garlic, onion and parsley
Step 5:
Cutting sorrel
Step 6:
Pour all the slicing into a bowl, mix, salt, pepper and add any vegetable oil.
